Tumerica Effecitve for Depression

When people talk about depression, I usually talk about B1 and Omega 3 Fish Oil.  Seen it work so often, but here is another study done with Tumeric.   

Tumeric is an anti-inflammatory.  Interestingly, the whole anti-depressent drug explosion started when a Frenchmen noticed that people called down after taking anti-histimines.  This makes sense.  

And tumeric is not a chemical made in the lab and doesn't have all the side effects.

Homocysteine & Your Heart 

Without B12 your body can't convert homocysteine to Cysteine.   Cysteine is needed to create Glutathione - you're body's master anti-oxident.

Cholesterol - What is it and what does it do for your health

Many people are afraid of eating different foods because of cholesterol. The fact is that most of the cholesterol in our blood is not there because of what we've eaten.

When we consume foods containing cholesterol, we only absorb 2 to 4 mg. of cholesterol per kilogram of body weight per day. So, even if we were to eat a dozen eggs each day, we would only absorb 300 mg which is, by the way, the recommended daily amount.
