Dairy Allergy? Camel Milk May Be the Answer

Dairy products are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals, including carbohydrates, protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins A, D, B12, riboflavin and niacin. In fact, dairy products provide such valuable nutrition they are part of a healthy diet.

The problem with dairy for many people is that cow’s milk, and other products made with cow’s milk, cause allergic reactions, due to the particular type of casein in cow’s milk.

A casein allergy occurs when your body’s immune system incorrectly thinks casein is harmful and produces allergic antibodies for protection.

The interaction between these antibodies and casein triggers the release of chemicals like histamine and can cause the following symptoms:

* Skin reactions such as hives, rashes and/or itchy skin

* Swelling of the mouth, tongue, lips, face or throat.

* Nasal congestion, coughing, itchy eyes, runny nose, or wheezing.

* A life-threatening allergic reaction called Anaphylaxis that can occur very quickly

* Acne

* Gastrointestinal inflammation (gas, stomach pains, indigestion)

* Increased risk of heart disease

* Increased risk of diabetes.

Cow's milk contains A1 beta-casein protein, the protein to which people who have a cow milk allergy react negatively.

Camel Milk is the Dairy Everyone Can Enjoy

While camel milk is dairy, it has a different composition to cow’s milk and can provide all the nutritional benefits of dairy without the problems.

Here’s some of what’s included in one (1) cup of camel milk.

* 10% DV of protein

* 30% DV of calcium

* 11% DV of potassium

* 70% DV of vitamin B1

* 15% DV of phosphorus.

Note: Daily values are based on a 2,000-calorie diet for healthy adults. The % DV (percent daily value) means that one serving provides that % of what you need each day.

Camel milk is 50% lower in fat than cow's milk and has ten (10) times more Vitamin C and Iron than cow's milk.

Camel milk contains monounsaturated fats that have some of the same heart and cardiovascular benefits of olive oil.

Camel milk contains A2 beta-casein proteins, which do not cause the same casein issues as A1. Studies have shown that people with an allergy to cow's milk can usually consume A2 beta-casein without adverse reactions.

Camel milk nutrients have been found to decrease oxidative stress and enhance absorption of vitamin E and C and increase glutathione levels.

Oxidative stress is essentially an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the ability of the body to counteract or detoxify their harmful effects through neutralization by antioxidants. Without sufficient antioxidants, the free radicals are able to damage cells and tissues and cause degeneration of the body.

Additionally, camel milk does not increase blood glucose (sugar) levels because it contains an insulin-like protein to assist with control of blood sugar.

The composition of camel milk is virtually bio-identical to human mother’s milk and so is a nutritious, easily digested milk for children.

The combination of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals in camel milk make it a superior source of nutrition to support health and well-being. Camel milk is the dairy everyone can enjoy and ensure they are adding dairy’s valuable nutrition to their daily diet.

How I Discovered The Power of Clean Eating

by Jen at www.wakeupandreadthelabels.com

I can still remember the pit in my stomach when a family member came to me and told me he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

He needed to lose 30lbs in 3 months before his robotic surgery, and asked me to help.

So, I went to the grocery store and stocked up on all of the foods he loved without the added junk ingredients.

I told him to text me what he was having for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I even told him to send me photos of the menu while he was at a restaurant so that I could recommend the cleanest meals.

Not only did he lose 35 pounds in three months, he was also dropped from blood pressure and high cholesterol medication.
Most importantly, his prostate number actually declined when it should’ve increased.

This was when I thought to myself that I may have a secret that could genuinely change peoples’ lives.

So, what is this secret that I keep going on about?

It’s simple – eating foods made with real ingredients.

I know what you’re thinking: you can't eat pizza, pasta, and chips, and feel your best. But I’m here to tell you that you can continue to eat all the foods you love, it just has to be made from real ingredients.

When you stop eating foods with all of the processed fillers, additives, and chemicals, your gut starts to heal, your inflammation starts to go away, and you start to feel your very best.

Do you feel exhausted, bloated, and uncomfortable in your body?

Have you tried counting calories and exercising and feel defeated?

It’s time to wake up and read the labels!
