Camel Milk as a Source of Probiotics

In the Healthline article, “What’s an Unhealthy Gut? How Gut Health Affects You” it explains, “The human gut is more complex than previously thought and has a huge impact on whole-body health. A healthy gut contributes to a strong immune system, heart health, brain health, improved mood, healthy sleep, and effective digestion, and it may help prevent some cancers and autoimmune diseases.”

So, a healthy gut goes a long way to improving and maintaining overall good health.

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for you, especially your digestive system. One feature of a healthy gut is the right balance (correct ratios) of bacteria and the right types of bacteria.

One great way to consume the healthy bacteria needed by the gut is to drink camel milk.

Camel milk contains probiotics, including the strains:

LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM

L. plantarum may be helpful in modulating the immune system.
LACTOBACILLUS PENTOSUS

Certain strains of L. pentosus may exert probiotic properties, improve mucosal immunity and create resistance towards bacterial infections.

LACTOBACILLUS LACTIS

This bacterium may boost the immune system, combat allergies, and have beneficial effects on the skin.
In clinical studies, researchers have been able to detect and isolate different lactic acid bacteria (LAB) in camel milk, such as those of the LEUCANOSTOC, LACTOBACILLUS & WEISSELLA classes.

The evidence in several of these studies has shown the potential of these probiotics to improve the host’s health in many ways, such as boosting the immune system through the formation of lymphocytes (immune cells) in many organs, and by improving the lipid and sugar levels in the blood.

There’s also evidence that the probiotics in camel milk may improve antioxidant defenses. Antioxidants are substances that potentially protect your cells against free radicals - the molecules that are produced when your body breaks down food or when you're exposed to tobacco smoke or radiation - which can cause damage to cells and tissues.

Probiotics for gut health and antioxidants to fight free radicals are just two of the potential benefits that camel milk offers.

Nerve Health – What does the Body needs to Create Healthy Nerve Function and Conductivity?

What is a healthy nerve?

A healthy nerve is like a good telephone line, a communication is sent across it quickly and accurately. It arrives at its destination (the muscles, etc.) without short-circuiting. It sends the message to the proper destination that was intended.

The body will build healthy nerves (just like any other cell) if it is given the correct tools to do so. The correct tools are the specific nutrition (vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, etc) needed to give optimum functioning to the cell and enable it to create its normal cell processes – providing nerve function, creating energy and repairing itself.

What are the nerves nutritional factors? *

It is important to not do anything that will use up a lot of B vitamins which is very important to nerve function.

B1

B2

B6

B9 (folate)

B12

D3

Unfortunately, the oral intake of vitamin B1 does not greatly increase the levels of B1 in the bloodstream.

The reason for this is that Thiamine, like all of the B vitamins, is water-soluble. Thiamine cannot be stored in the body and flushes out within 4 to 5 hours.

Nerves need sufficient amounts of B12 in the body. Vitamin B12 supports the sheathing that protects nerve cells and has shown in studies to promote the regeneration and growth of nerve cells.

In the past, it has been difficult to remedy the B12 deficiency. The reason for this is that while vitamin B12 is readily stored by the body, it is not readily absorbed by the body. For this reason much larger amounts have been used in supplementation, but even large oral dosages have not been an adequate solution.

Keep reading. There is a solution.

A Remedy for this Problem:

Get Your Quality of Life Back

You might have heard of the new type of vitamin B1 being produced, called Benfotiamine. It is a fat-soluble version of vitamin B1. What does this mean? It means this new form of vitamin B1 can be taken orally in large dosages and it will not flush out of the body the way ordinary Thiamine (vitamin B1) does. This is due to the fact that this type of B1 will be delivered into the bloodstream where it can travel to the cells and be used.

Also available is Methylcobalamine (called Methyl B12). This is the form of vitamin B12 that can be directly utilized by the body. When regular B12 is taken, the body has to convert it into the Methyl B12 in the gut. Methyl B12 already comes in this useable form.

Where can I find these supplements?

RECOMMENDED: (This is where we have researched products and found one that we found will work for you.)

The vitamins talked about above are available together. The name of the product is Nerve Support with Benfotiamine – A Formula by Dr. Eric Berg

It contains both the Benfotiamine and Methyl B12. The result is that the bloodstream levels of vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 can be greatly increased, providing the nutritional support needed by the body to rapidly and far more effectively build healthy nerves.

Both Benfotiamine and Methyl B12 have been shown to be non-toxic and without any side effects even in very high dosages.

Additionally, the formula has three other B vitamins and vitamin D3 in the exact proportion that works together to produce the best results. The formula has been found to be exactly what the body needs to repair the nerves.

Why the other B vitamins in the formula?

B1 (thiamin) is dependent on the other B-complex vitamins. Absorption of B1 into the body requires adequate supplies of vitamin B6, B12, and B9 (folate). A deficiency in Vitamins B12 can increase the loss of B1 in the urine, and vitamin B6 also appears to help regulate the distribution of thiamin throughout the body. B9 (folate) is also necessary to activate the absorption of the B12. (Note B9/folate not folic acid – folic acid is the synthesized B9) The body utilizes vitamin B2 to keep tissue healthy and to help accelerate the healing of injuries. B2 protects the nervous system.

In addition, the formula has Vitamin D. One of the functions of Vitamin D is the regulation of nervous system development and function.

It also has magnesium and alpha lipoic acid.

Support for Your Success:

The formula can support the body’s ability to restore nerve health by addressing the root of the problem at a cellular level and nourishing the nerves.

The cost also includes any help you might need as we want you to get the best possible results.

The Nerve Support with Benfotiamine has no known side effects or interactions with any medications.

Made in the USA. Gluten-free.

Dental Health & Dental Care Naturally

Most of us have been told that the way to have healthy teeth and gums is to brush after every meal, floss our teeth and go to the dentist regularly and get a hygienist to scrape plaque off our teeth every six month.

The biggest question is does this help? Do you still get cavities and have to get filings? Do they still talk to you about periodontal disease? And if you get periodontal disease (which means actually “around the tooth” disease), do you get the feeling that the one day you didn’t floss was the evil act that created this problem.

I don’t think so.

One day I realized that there was something wrong with the modern dental care. Not once did I hear about nutrition to keep teeth & gums healthy (except maybe the milk industries promotion when I was a child to “drink milk” for the calcium). Most of the time, if nutrition came up, it was about sugar in the diet. Now, yes, sugar can deplete the body of a lot of nutrients, but does it cause decay?

The dental viewpoint is that bacteria that live in the mouth thrive on these foods; it produces acids that destroy the tooth enamel. You then get tooth decay.

Here is the problem with that theory:

1) Bacteria do not consume sugar or flour as they lack nutrients. (Hint: don’t eat sugar and flour if you want good health)

2) Other foods create bacteria – milk, vegetables, fish, meat and fruit – have you ever been told not to drink milk or eat vegetables because it causes tooth decay?

So, what causes tooth decay?

Demineralization of the tooth – not enough minerals in the diet, not enough fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, & K).

Now that makes more sense.

Here are two articles about this; the first article talks about the research that was done – in 1922.

Why haven’t we heard about this before? 1922?

Reversing Tooth Decay

It is interesting to note that the hypothalamus (in your brain) is supposed to signal the parotid gland (both sides of your face near the jaw line) to not only re-mineralize the teeth, but to clean them.

And you can go right to the horse’s mouth and read what Dr. Weston Price has to say. He did the research –

And let’s not forget the fluoride in your water. It is supposed to protect us against tooth decay, right?

Avoid a Heart Attack by Dr. Eric Berg

I want to share helpful tips to potentially help you avoid a heart attack. With a heart attack, typically, the artery becomes blocked, which cuts off blood supply to the heart muscle and the heart cramps, which can lead to death.

Typically, there are all sorts of warning signs of a heart attack. But, over 50% of the time, people experience no symptoms at all of a heart attack. When there are clues, they shouldn’t be ignored.

Sometimes clues like shortness of breath, high blood pressure, chest pain while exercising or going through stress, weakness when climbing stairs, or more fatigue while exercising are covered up by medications.

Symptoms are warning signs. They’re not the problem. As you treat the symptom, you need to understand the symptom and treat the reason why it’s there in the first place.

Heart attacks usually start with endothelial dysfunction. This means that there is damage in the inside of the arteries, especially the coronary artery and the heart. This could mean that there is some type of oxidation or inflammation in that artery that could cause a cascade of effects leading to a heart attack.

Vitamin E and vitamin C are both very important to help protect the inside of that artery. Two of the biggest things that cause the destruction of vitamin C and vitamin E are sugars and refined carbohydrates.

(We recommend Dr. Berg's Vitamin C - all natural)
