"Fungi that cause serious lung infections are now found throughout the US" by Doug Kaufman

Yes that was the "headline" But then I've known about fungus and its problems for many years, it is even sometimes misdiagnosed as lung cancer

There is a website "Know the Cause" and he has many articles and podcasts and weekly live shows. You can read them at

Inflammation and Weight Gain

Inflammation has a role in weight gain and weight retention?

At least that's what we're told. And if you've heard that, you're in for quite a surprise...Did you know inflammation is actually a function of your immune system and has a vital function?

Perhaps most surprisingly and unexpectedly, inflammation, despite doing good, also can lead to weight gain and retention, making it difficult to lose.

All of which positions inflammation as a double-edged sword in that it is vital to healing but can be both painful and weight unfriendly!

Inflammation is a function of the immune system and it is designed to actually protect an affected area of the body. So you can see where reducing inflammation itself, it kind of interferes with the overall healing of the problem the inflammation is protecting.

But the pain, discomfort and, yes, weight gain can present another problem altogether.

What most people don't realize, however, is that the areas inflammation is "protecting" have a reason they are injured or unwell and the inflammation is a secondary reaction. Primary would be the cause of the problem.

What is the most common issue? Not to oversimplify but, deficiency of basic nutrition (caused by malnourishment or depletion) is a popular, fundamental cause.

And, the replacement of such nutrients can, all by itself, have some pretty miraculous effects by comparison, especially when it comes to inflammation.

So not only can this type of approach handle the inflammation (not reducing it but making it unnecessary), it can then reduce pain and allow for weight loss to actually start working where it had been halted prior.

That's why weight loss programs and approaches that reduce pain by addressing inflammation work so well and why many "diets" fail. It also explains why weight loss programs work for some and not for others.

What can you do? Well, it's simple...

Providing nutrition to the body through diet and supplementation focused on providing nutrients that are essential to prevent inflammation-triggered conditions from occurring.

Factually, deficiencies of certain vital nutrients can add up to inflammation. And that adds up to weight gain for many!

Such is the nature of the Inflammation Relief by Qgenics. It is the supplement to provide the nutrition required to mitigate any inflammation or inflammatory conditions.

Weight is one of the most common issues related to this yet is one of the most hidden causes, debarring people from losing.

You can check out Inflammation Relief here if you wish to know more about it or check it out for yourself.

You can always call me at (818)252-1038 with questions or to see how you can try it out.

For many people, this has been the solution, at least according the raves that get back to on pretty much a daily basis. Perhaps it could be for you too. Let me know if you have any questions.

Neuropathy? Supplements that Can Help Ease Your Symptoms

Yes, I always recommend that in the case of neuropathy, you want to build healthy nerves. You can read about Nerve Health and what you can do.

But while getting healthy, what can you take that will ease the symptoms of unhealthy nerves while not giving you side effects?

Pain Relief Supplement – there are many pain relievers that will help the pain – all natural so no side effects. The one I found that works best and recommend is All Natural Pain Supplement. It helps both pain and inflammation

Essential Fatty Acids – Omega 3 -Omega-3 fatty acids can provide important nutritional support for those who have nerve pain.

The February 2010 “Clinical Journal of Pain” describes five patients with neuropathic pain that experienced lasting relief by taking high dosages of EPA and DHA. Dosages of 2,400 to 7,200 mg a day contributed to improvements that were maintained for as long as 19 months. For the Omega 3 Fish Oil that is recommended Fish Oil

Amino Acids Amino acids are the chemical units, or “building blocks” that make up protein. In its various forms protein participates in the vital chemical processes that sustain life. And they help with neuropathy pain. Recommended amino acids – Essential Amino

Vitamin C – Sorbitol (a form of sugar) travels to certain parts of the body where it builds up. These parts of the body are the lens of the eye where it forms a white milky film called cataracts, and the sciatic nerve (the big nerve that runs down your leg) where it can cause nerve damage (nerve pain). Evidence indicates that taking 2,000 mg a day of vitamin C may reduce the production of sorbitol and help strip sorbitol out of the body. The human body does not manufacture the vitamin C it needs. The only way you can acquire the vitamin C you need is through your diet and/or supplementation.

We recommend whole food vitamins and the one we recommend contains the complete complex including all the co-factors that is available in natural vitamin c in food, and the body knows how to absorb and use it. This 100% natural vitamin C complex is made with four nutrient-rich berries: acerola cherry, acai, strawberry, and blueberry.

Read about this Vitamin C and what other health conditions it helps.

Calcium/Magnesium Calcium is a vital nutrient that is involved in transmitting nerve impulses, maintaining muscle tone, assisting in the function of hormones and enzymes, as well as playing an important role in blood clotting, not to mention bone health. Calcium & Magnesium helps nourish your nerves. Read more Calcium/Magnesium

We hope this assists you in your search to relieve your neuropathy.
