        Is Your Sinus Infection
        Caused by Fungus?

        So many people have
recurrent sinus infections.   I've seen them take antibiotic
after antibiotic trying to get relief.   Well, there is some
evidence that Sinus infections can come from fungus.   That
changes things doesn't it.   Antibiotics actually feed fungus
by killing off anything good bacteria that might be keeping it at
        bay.

Here is our article on Sinusitis
including a link to Mayo Clinic's findings on fungus and sinus
        infections.

        Burning Feet - What
        causes it?
                          Burning feet is a
condition in which feet feel painfully hot. It's
common for people who are 50 and older to complain
about burning feet, but many people of all ages
complain of this problem.  Sometimes this burning
can be so painful that the person has trouble sleeping
and can be a source of continuous pain.

         First Statewide Ban of
        Plastic Bags
        In
a first of its kind move in the United States, the residents of Hawaii
have collectively said “No!” to plastic bags; a ban is slated to
        take effect July 1, 2015
        Los
Angeles recently became the largest city in the United States to ban
plastic bags at supermarket checkout lanes
        Several
other cities in California have already banned plastic bags, as have
        Seattle, Washington and Aspen, Colorado
         Plastic
bags don’t biodegrade, they break down into smaller and smaller bits,
contaminating waterways and putting marine life, who mistake the plastic
        for food, at risk
         Only
about 1-5 percent of plastic bags are recycled; there’s also little
        economic incentive to do so
         You
don’t need to wait for a legislative ban to come to your area – you
can enact your own “ban” starting today
