The Debate Over Vaccinations

Award winning documentary offers a fresh look at what’s behind the sharply polarized vaccine debate in the U.S., and offers the opportunity for a new, more rational discussion about how to create safer and more effective public health policies to help our children stay healthy

Health officials insist vaccines are the best way to protect the health of individuals and the public. As a result, the number of doses of vaccines included in the childhood vaccination schedule has tripled over the past 30 years, increasing from 23 doses of seven different vaccines to 69 doses of 16 different vaccines. At the same time there has been a rise in the numbers of vaccinations given to children, we’ve also seen a significant rise in the numbers of children suffering with chronic disease and disabilities.

According to Judicial Watch, 26 children died after receiving the HPV vaccine between September 1, 2010 and September 15, 2011. Other serious side effects reported during that time frame included paralysis, speech problems, memory loss, blindness, pancreatitis, ovarian cysts, and Guillain-Barre syndrome

According to one of the world’s top experts on HPV, the HPV vaccine is associated with enough serious side effects that it could prove riskier than the cancer it is supposed to prevent in women, as cervical cancer is usually entirely curable when detected early enough through normal PAP screenings

Rigidly maintaining the assumption that an ever increasing number of vaccines must be mandated “for the greater good” is a dangerous assumption that fails to take into account the possibility that one-size-fits-all mass vaccination policies may be contributing to the rise in chronic disease and disability among children

The Four Biggest Health Myths

#1  Diets High in Fat Cause You to Get Fat

Advertisers have promoted low fat everywhere and so many people are obsessed with cutting fat from their diets.  But did you know that eating healthy fat actually helps you lose weight? When you eat low fat foods your metabolism drastically shuts down. When your metabolism shuts down, so does your fat burning furnace. If you want to speed up your metabolism and lose weight – consume more healthy fat. Fat also tells your brain that you’re full. It will greatly cut your appetite. Have you ever eaten at a Chinese restaurant and been hungry an hour later? That was because of the high carbohydrates. It is the carbohydrates that cause you to get fat and make you hungry, especially sugar and refined grains. We’re not talking about the artificial margarine, oleos or the heated, trans fats. We’re talking about eating more raw nuts, olive oil, flax oil, coconut oil, cod liver oil, real butter, cheese, eggs and meats as good sources of healthy fat (organic and hormone free).

The Truth about Metabolic Disruptors

Nearly all modern diseases are caused by what I call "metabolic disruptors." These are common ingredients, such as white flour and sugar, that prevent your body from healing. Unfortunately, metabolic disruptors are used in almost all commercially prepared foods, which means most products on your grocer's shelves contribute to poor health. But if you know what to look for, you can fill your cart with foods that will help you live a longer more vibrant life.

So how do food companies manage to hide excitotoxins and taste additives to their foods? It's easy: They just keep changing the words to confuse consumers. Once customers learned to avoid MSG / monosodium glutamate, the food companies started using yeast extract.

Other hidden sources of MSG include:

Autolyzed plant protein
Autolyzed yeast
Calcium caseinate
Gelatin
Glutamate Textured protein
Glutamic acid
Hydrolyzed Plant Protein (HPP)
(any protein that is hydrolyzed)
Hydrolyzed protein
Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (HVP)
Monopotassium glutamate
Monosodium glutamate
MSG
Natural flavors
Sodium caseinate
Spices
Textured protein
Yeast extract
Yeast food
Yeast food nutrient

The ingredients "stacking" trick

Food companies also use the ingredients stacking trick to intentionally leave you with the wrong impression about what's really in their food products.

For example, one company makes a nutrition bar that's absolutely loaded with sugar, but they way they've arranged the ingredients prevents sugar from appearing as the #1 ingredient. Instead, the first ingredient is rice. But looking down the label, you'll find all the following forms of sugar, all in the same nutrition bar:

• Sugar
• Sucrose
• High-fructose corn syrup
• Corn syrup solids
• Dextrose

Add all these up, and the #1 component in the bar is, indeed, sugar (or sugary substances). But the manufacturer has used ingredients stacking to make you think the top ingredient is actually rice.

It's a clever, dishonest technique used by food companies to lie with food labels.

Remember, the longer the ingredients label, the less healthy the food. Read those ingredients lists before buying foods, and if you discover chemical names that you can't pronounce, don't buy the food!

Things that Stop Nerve Damage Repair  (Worth reading even if you don't have Neuropathy)

While working with our customers to help them reduce and eliminate their neuropathy there are some things we learned that can lengthen the time it takes to see an improvement in one’s neuropathy symptoms.

One of the things we found is that some of our customers are unknowingly creating a vitamin B deficiency as a result of their daily activities. B vitamins are vital for healthy nerves!

For example, some of the things that cause a B vitamin deficiency are heavy drinking of coffee, tea and soft drinks. This includes de-caffeinated coffee, tea and soft drinks. These beverages act as diuretics that cause the loss of both water and water-soluble B vitamins from the body.

Also, heavy smoking or drinking of alcohol, antibiotics, birth control pills, and stress can all burn up B vitamins.

And of course, there are many prescription medications that cause neuropathy as a side effect.

If you are taking one or more of the medications listed below, it can greatly increase the amount of time it will take for you to see results in repairing and reversing your nerve damage.

The following blood pressure medications are known to cause neuropathy as a side effect:

Aceon, Altace, Hydrochlorothiazide (HCT), Hydrodiuril, Lisinopril, Perindopril, Prinivil, Ramipril, Zestril.

The following cholesterol medications are known to cause neuropathy as a side effect:

Advicor, Altocor, Altoprev, Atorvastatin, Baycol, Caduet, Cerivastatin, Crestor, Fluvastatin, Lescol, Lescol XL, Lipex, Lipitor, Lipobay, Lovastatin, Mevacor, Pravachol, Pravastatin, Pravigard Pac, Rosuvastatin, Simvastatin, Vytorin, Zocor.

It’s recommended that if you’re taking any of the above mentioned medications, that you speak to your doctor about getting off of these and replacing them with a natural supplement.

Minimally, your doctor should put you on a medication that does not cause neuropathy, so that the  Nerve Support Formula can nourish the cells of your body so that your body can more effectively repair the nerve damage.
